Merry Christmas from the Urioste Family! 🎄

As another year comes to a close, we’re grateful for the chance to pause, reflect, and share a little snapshot of life in the Urioste household.

Chris turned 48 this year (somehow still claiming the same energy level), and Jessica celebrated 42. Nick hit the big 9, and Jon turned 7—both boys growing faster than we can keep up with.

Sports were a big part of our year. Nick had an awesome soccer season, playing just about every position you can imagine—defender, goalie, forward—you name it. He truly did it all and had a great time doing it. Jon played baseball in both the spring and fall and continues to develop his skills. Dad even stepped in as Jon’s coach, loved it, and is already signed up for Spring 2026. Williamsport… here we come!

Jessica continued a bit of travel for work and is happily chugging along in her role at Treston. Chris is still holding it down at A.J. Kirkwood as the IT Manager—keeping systems running and problems (mostly) at bay.

One of the year’s biggest milestones: Jonny learned how to ride a bike! 🚲
And yes, it is kind of a big deal. He’s cruising all over the neighborhood now, and family bike rides have become a favorite activity—weather permitting, of course.

School-wise, both boys are doing great. Nick wrapped up 3rd grade and is now tackling 4th, while Jon finished 1st grade and jumped into 2nd. They both earned academic awards and are really enjoying school. Jon also participated in Chess Masters and is pretty convinced he’s convinced he’s a chess prodigy.

Jessica continues her impressive streak of reading books. Chris proudly maintains his undefeated record of zero books read in 2025.

Politically… just kidding.

Most importantly, we are all happy, healthy, and enjoying the ride.

We are officially ready for Christmas! The lights are lit, the blow-ups are blown, the decorations are decorated, and holiday cheer is in full effect. The Holiday Season is truly a Urioste favorite, and we hope that same warmth and joy reaches all of our family and friends.
